Landlord FAQ

How does it work?

• We would arrange a viewing to check that your property meets our requirements.

• We liaise with the landlord ensuring both parties are happy with the terms.

• We would then set up a desired length of agreement, generally between 3-5 years.

• Once agreed our experienced tradesman do any cosmetic refurbishments and furnishings which add value to your property free of charge.

• We then take on full management of the property with no fees or hidden costs.

• At the end of the term we hope you choose to extend the lease so we can continue to manage your property. Or if you would like to go back to managing the property yourself, it will come back to you in the same or better condition to which we received in the first place.


What happens if my property gets damaged?

While your property is under our management, it is our responsibility to ensure any problems are resolved as soon as possible. We also have all the relevant insurances in place for the worst case scenario’s, although this is highly unlikely due to our quality vetting process and the security deposits we take from our clients.


Would there be any void periods?

There would be no void periods for the landlord as we pay them a guaranteed fixed rent regardless.


Who pays the bills?

We take care of and pay for all of the bills so you don’t have to worry.


Who will be staying in my property?

We deal with professionals, contractors and corporate tenants who are looking for accommodation short to long term.


Who pays for maintenance and furnishes the property?

We cover any minor maintenance issues and pay for any wear and tear to the property. If the property requires TLC we will decorate and furnish the entire place.
